I recently upgraded from V9 to V10 and found the outlook integration in V10 to be less practical than V9. In V9 the popup windows would stay open until the call was ended and then close automatically. Also in V9 all the members of the call queue would get the popup but when a call was answered by one member of the queue, the popup closed automatically with all members except the member that had answered the call. Finally in V9 the popup window was a custom popup that looked like this: http://www.3cx.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/3CX_CRM_Integration_04.png, while in V10 the popup is an outlook contact windows that is opened.
